  •  INGREDIENTS :
  • 300g jicama
  • 300g shrimp
  • 200g meat
  • 200ml nước cốt dừa
  •  HOW TO MAKE TOPING :
  • Shrimp should be peeled and jicama should be shredded
  • Heat a pan with some oil. Fry the garlic and shallot. Then add shrimp and meat, shredded jicama, respectively. Add in seasoning and stir will. Taste and add more if needed.

Instruction: METHOD

Blend 340g powder with 1.3 liters of water (you can replace 200 ml of water with coconut milk  to make the cake whiter fatter)

- Steamed: in layers

Heat a pot of water for steaming. Oil a 24-cm pan. After the water boil, place the pan into heat. Once the pan is heated up, stir the rice flour mixture and pour in about 3 cups. Cover and steam for 2 minutes until the top is firm enough to pour a second layer. Repeat until all mixture is gone.

et the cake cool a little before add the topping, fried shallot and coriander

Eat the cake with the fish sauce
