INGREDIENTS: Salt; sugar, nature-based flavorings (from shrimp and crab, sweet corn extract, yeast extract, vegetable extract, straw mushroom powder, chilli powder, shortening, and stabilizer (412).
RECIPE: 3 kg of bones and 500 g meat boiled for 5 - 10 minutes then rinsed clearly, 50 g of dried shrimps, 8 tomatoes (chopped), 2 garlic bulbs (minced), 200 g of tofu, 4 eggs.
HOW TO COOK:
Fill 10L of water in a pot to boil. Add 3 kg of bones, 500 g meat and cook for 30 - 40 minutes, then take the bones out.
- In a pan, heat up the oil and saute the garlic until it is fragrant. Add dried shrimps in to stir fry and then add them to the broth pot.
- Slightly stir fry tomatoes then add them together with tofu to the broth pot.
- Finally, add Crab Flavor Soup Base to the broth pot, add water for 10L. For 30 bowls.
