INGREDIENTS: Salt, sugar, nature-based flavoring (from shrimp), chilli powder, tamarind powder, sweet corn extract, yeast extract, galangal powder, and stabilizer (412).
RAW MATERIALS: 5 tomatoes, 2 shallots, 1 garlic, pineapple, sliced, Seafood and vegetables (dependic on eater preferences).
HOW TO COOK:
- Put the pot on the stove, add 6 tablespoon of cooking oil, stir fry both shallots and garlic.
- Then, stir fry tomatoes and sliced pineapple.
- When tomatoes become soft, add 8.5 liters of waterta the pot. Bring to the boil, add the Tomyum Soup Base paste and stir well.
- Finally, put prepared seafood in the hot pot and use with vermicelli (noodles) and vegetables. Serves 27.
